Welcome to Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. (HPCI) where every moment counts. Since 1977, HPCI has been welcomed into thousands of homes, bringing dignity to patients, their families and caregivers during one of life's most important journeys. HPCI provides three programs: The Hospice Program, The Community Support Center, and the Palliative Care Program.
 Hospice care is like no other: it exceeds the management of physical needs by caring for the patients as a whole while tending to their support system of family and friends. A team of physicians, nurses, social workers, spiritual counselors, home care staff and specially trained volunteers is committed to providing integrated care to address every need and wish of the patients and their caregivers.
