Our professional staff are licensed social workers. They specialize in issues that result from life changes. Services are available for adults, children, families and individuals who may be experiencing any type of illness, death of a loved one, caregivers stress or nursing home placement of a spouse. Counseling is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Counseling sessions may be scheduled at alternative hours.

Information about counseling, support groups, educational programs and other services is available by calling the Community Support Center at 315-735-6487, ext.243.

• Many insurances, including Medicare Part B, will cover all
  or a portion of the cost of counseling.
• If your insurance will not pay for counseling, a sliding fee scale,
  based upon income, will be used to determine your fee.
