In-Home Counseling For Seniors
Are you a senior citizen (age 65 plus) who has experienced any of these life changes?
  • Any type of illness (whether first diagnosed, chronic, or terminal)
  • Death of a relative, friend, or a beloved pet
  • Caregiving role
  • Nursing home placement of a spouse
  • Relocation - a recent move to this area, an apartment, adult home, assisted living facility, or with other family members?

Our experienced social workers will come to you and provide one-on-one support and counseling in the privacy of your own home. Other arrangements are also available.

Payment for Services

If you have Medicare Part B, we accept on assignment.

A sliding fee scale, based upon income, will be used to determine your fee if you do not have insurance coverage.
