You can make a donation online here.

Your generous support of the Hospice & Palliative Care mission makes you an invaluable asset to our organization. If you have been thinking about taking your support to the next, transforming, level we would be pleased to talk to you about any of the following:
- a bequest through will
- gifts of appreciated stocks or other securities
- life income vehicles (annuities, trusts)
- real estate or other property
- assignment of life insurance or retirement plan assets

Extraordinary generosity originates in the heart, and your gift money may touch hundreds, if not thousands of lives. Still, each of these gifts yields individual and/or estate tax benefits, and we encourage you to contact your financial advisors to discuss tax, and other consequences.
If you would like to talk about a gift that will ensure that Hospice & Palliative Care services are available for future generations, kindly contact Fritz Barns, Major & Planned Gifts Officer at 315-735-6487 (ex. 234) or at 1-800-317-5661.

Hospice & Palliative Care gratefully accepts donations in honor or memory of a friend or loved one and
appreciates when our patients’ families designate Hospice & Palliative Care as a memorial recipient.
When a memorial donation in any denomination is received, a thank you letter is sent to the donor stating the
amount of the gift which the donor may need for tax purposes. A letter is also sent to family members of the
person being memorialized, so they will know the names of those who have remembered their loved one.
This letter does not include the amount of the donation, simply the name of the person making the donation.

Memorial gifts of $25 and over are published semi-annually in Hospice & Palliative Care’s HomeComings
Newsletter. Individual (not cumulative) gifts of $250 and over will be recognized on our Memorial Giving Tree located in
the lobby of Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc.

While outright gifts made by cash, check or credit card are most common, other types of gifts may be more compatible with
a donor’s financial plan. These gifts include stocks, bonds and other securities, life income vehicles including charitable
gift annuities and trusts, a bequest through will, property or the designation of Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. as
a beneficiary of a life insurance policy or a retirement account.
If you have any questions regarding a donation you would like to make, or to learn more about the gift that is right to you,
please contact the Hospice & Palliative Care Development Office at (315) 735-6484 or 1-800-317-5661.

Do all the good you can,
By all the means you can,
In all the ways you can,
In all the places you can,
At all the times you can,
To all the people you can,
As long as ever you can.
